Our online shop is open 24 hours a day to accept your order. Please note your order will only be dispatched during the shop’s normal operating hours, details of which can be found on our homepage.
Please note: Orders must, however, be placed by 12noon (UK local time) to ensure same day delivery.
We will make best efforts to schedule your delivery for the date you specify. However, we cannot accept specifically timed deliveries.
Deliveries cannot be guaranteed if ordered after 12noon for Central and Greater London, and after 2pm for Canary Wharf and E14. This does not apply to Click and Collect.
Deliveries to offices and businesses will be within working hours (by 5pm).

Our London delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. We use the delivery postcode to calculate the charge, so please ensure you enter it correctly on the order page.

- £10 Delivery to Postcodes (E14 0, E14 1, E14 2, E14 3, E14 6, E14 7, E14 8, E14 9, E3 & E16)

We can offer a limited Sunday delivery service to London E14 post codes only between the times of 10am & 4pm. Please Note: Orders must be placed by 5pm on the Saturday.
Click and Collect
We offer an online 2 hour Click and Collect service from our Canary Wharf store.
Orders will be ready for collection 2 hours after being placed. Order/collection times are controlled by our store opening hours.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We employ a secure method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information, and we fully adhere to current data protection legislation.
We use Sage Pay and PayPal as our trusted payment processors. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

When you place an order, register for an account, sign up for our newsletters, site or social media competitions and offers. The information you provide is strictly controlled by our compliance to the UK’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Product Availability & Substitution
All products are naturally subject to seasonal availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers received from our growers do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product required, or part of product, with an alternative product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Many of our products are available in a range of sizes to suit individual budgets. The images shown for each product item is representative of the luxury size. The luxury size will have a greater number of flowers and, likewise, the classic size will have fewer flowers in proportion to the pricing of the product.
Return & Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 24 hours of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Alternatively, we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 24 hours of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages. Prices are in GB Pounds and inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices. In the event of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, we will respond promptly (we will reply within 3 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
